Day 1Pick Up and Transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park

Along the way, you’ll stop at Kamegeri Rock, a historic landmark, before visiting the King’s Palace Museum in Nyanza a fascinating glimpse into Rwanda’s royal past. Next, explore the Ethnographic Museum in Huye, showcasing traditional Rwandan culture. After lunch, continue to Gisakura, the gateway to Nyungwe Forest, where you’ll spend the night at a cozy lodge, preparing for an early morning Rwanda chimpanzee trekking experience.
Day 2Chimpanzee Trekking and Canopy Walk in Nyungwe Forest
Rise before dawn (4:45 AM) for your Rwanda chimpanzee trekking expedition in Nyungwe Forest.
