Day 1Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Start your adventure with a morning departure from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. The drive takes you through picturesque landscapes, offering a glimpse of rural Tanzania. Upon arrival, you'll check in at your lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, set out for your first game drive in Tarangire, known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Keep an eye out for lions, giraffes, and various bird species. As the sun sets, return to your lodge for dinner and share stories about your wildlife sightings from the day.
Day 2Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart Tarangire and head to Serengeti National Park. The journey offers scenic views as you travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, set out for an exciting game drive in the Serengeti. Famous for its vast plains and rich wildlife, the park is home to the Big Five and many other species. Spend the evening enjoying dinner at your lodge, reflecting on the day’s adventures in one of Africa’s most iconic parks.
Day 3Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Today is dedicated to exploring the Serengeti. Start with an early morning game drive to observe wildlife during their most active hours. Look for predators and other animals as you traverse the vast savannah. After returning to the lodge for breakfast, continue your game viewing with a mid-morning drive. Have lunch at your accommodation, followed by an afternoon game drive. You may visit different areas of the park, maximizing your chances of spotting diverse wildlife. Return to your lodge for dinner, sharing highlights from your exciting day.
Day 4Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater and Departure
After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most unique ecosystems in the world. Descend into the crater for a morning game drive, where you can see a variety of wildlife, including zebras, wildebeests, and rhinos. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater, surrounded by stunning scenery. After your time in Ngorongoro, begin your journey back to Arusha. Arrive in the late afternoon, where you will be transferred to the airport or your hotel, concluding your safari adventure filled with remarkable wildlife moments.
